How to obtain tickets bought on nsb.no
Tickets purchased at nsb.no can be extracted from the ticket vending machine, app for iPhone, Android and Windows Phone, at a staffed station or Narvesen outlets.
Ticket vending machine
Are you picking up the tickets at one of our ticket machines, enter the pick up code reference number from your order. You will find the pick up code on the e-mail receipt and under "My purchases" at nsb.no.
App for iPhone, Android and Windows Phone
Do you have an iPhone, Android or Windows Phone, you can easily obtain your ticket in the app, provided that you were logged on to your profile logged into your profile when you purchased your ticket on nsb.no. The app is avaiable from App Store, Google Play and Marketplace. The tickets will only be available on the phone or tablet you downloaded your tickets onto, so please make sure the same device is with you on your journey. You must also make sure you have enough battery on your device for the entire journey.

Manned station or Narvesen outlet
You can retrieve your ticket from a manned station or at a Narvesen outlet. Please state your pick up code. You will find the pick up code on the e-mail receipt and under "My purchases" at nsb.no.
