Buying your NSB ticket

Either you choose to buy your ticket online, using your mobile, at a ticket machine or at a station, here is how you do it!

Online

You can book your train journey using the Travel Planner. Should you experience problems using your debit or credit card, please contact the NSB Call Centre, phone number 815 00 888/+47 23 62 00 00. Press 9 for information in English.

We are continuously working on establishing secure payment for our customers. Credit cards issued in the US and Australia can unfortunately not be used as payment at nsb.no at the moment. Should you possess such a credit card, we recommend you to book your train travel at scandinavianrail.com.

NSB app

To buy single tickets and renew your season ticket you can use our app (available from App Store, Google Play or Marketplace). To buy or renew your season ticket using our app, you need a NSB travel card. This enables you to download the ticket using our ticket machines at the station.
