  • NSB Lokaltog (commuter trains)

    NSB operates a number of local train networks in Norway’s major cities and suburbs designed to meet the transport needs of local commuters and other passengers travelling by public transport.  
     
  • Class 7

    Our Class 7 carriages were purchased in the 1980s and are mainly used as small units for the El 18 locomotive.   
     
  • Class 93

    The Class 93 train is a Diesel Multiple Unit, which was introduced on the Trondheim - Bodø route in 2000.   
     
  • Class 92

    The Class 92 train is a Diesel Multiple Unit train, purchased in 1984-1985.   
     
  • Class 73

    Class 73 operates on NSB’s Regiontog (inter-city) network between Oslo and Trondheim/Bergen/Stavanger.   
     
  • Class 73B

    2001 saw the arrival six new train sets, which were put into operation on the Oslo - Halden route.   
     
  • Class 72

    This class is used on NSB’s Lokaltog (commuter) routes and was first put into service in the Stavanger and Oslo areas.   
     
  • Class 70

    The Class 70 train was purchased in the 1980s to operate as a Regional Train between Skien and Lillehammer.   
     
  • Class 69

    On an annual basis, the Class 69 train transports the largest number of passengers in Norway.
