NSB Komfort - travel in a little more comfort
How would you like a little more comfort or your own workspace on the train? NSB Komfort is a separate section of the train where everything is designed for a relaxing and productive journey.
Power outlets
All seats have standard two-pin power outlets, so you can use your laptop for work or entertainment.
Coffee, tea and newspapers
In NSB KOMFORT you can reserve a seat, and have access to a selection of newspapers, and complimentary coffee and tea.
Internet on board
At present, Internet on board is available on all regional trains. In addition, internet is available on most trains on the Skien-Oslo-Lillehammer stretch and the Østfold Railway. For more details about this service, click here.
Work on the train
In NSB Komfort class, it is easy to work onboard. Comfortable seats, your own table and PC power outlet make an efficient workspace for you on the train. And the day's newspapers, coffee and tea come free.
Prices
NSB Komfort * is offered as a supplement to ordinary fares and costs NOK 90 per person regardless of the length of your journey.
* Provided there are vacant seats available on NSB Regiontog (inter-city services).
Season tickets/travel cards
Are you a commuter looking for a really comfortable daily journey? You can combine your 30-day pass with NSB Komfort for NOK 1,500 extra per month. This is a solution many of our regular passengers choose, because it lets them work efficiently on the train and include their train journey in their working hours. Maybe something for you and your employer to discuss?
