The Customer card can be purchased at any NSB sales outlet, at stations or from the NSB Call Centre. The card is valid for one year and costs NOK 750. The card is personal to you and has two parts - the premier card itself and a photo ID card. When you first buy a Customer card, you complete and hand in a form together with a photo. You then receive your premier card and a provisional ID card. After approx. 3 weeks your personal photo ID card will be sent to your home address. You’ll need to show both the premier card and the ID card when buying tickets and for ticket checks.

Benefits
The Customer card entitles you to a 30% discount on all departures. You can also take one child under 16 with you free of charge. The discounts do not apply to local journeys within Oslo and Akershus (Ruter), the Trøndelag and tariff zone or in combination with other discounted fares.

You also qualify for 10% discount on standard overnight stays at all Choice hotels in Norway.
